Job Description
The District Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding service goals in the management of a district of routes, ensuring customer loyalty, and managing retention and growth. The role involves developing and motivating a district to be a highly productive team, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed, and cooperatively working with other departments in the branch.
