Role OverviewAs a District Manager, you will lead a team of leaders to drive top-line sales, hire/retain employees, and provide customer service training in the Texas South market. You will develop and execute regional support strategies to achieve store goals while thinking outside the box to address unique challenges.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing regional support strategies, providing expertise on customer service, team staffing, and store operations, and assisting in managing labor in conjunction with the Director of Workforce Planning.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a multi-unit regional manager in the food and beverage industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Ability to build, hire, and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff
- In-depth knowledge of business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, human resources)
- Prior experience with baking/bakery equipment/commercial kitchen equipment (a plus!)
