You'll oversee daily production, dispatch, maintenance, and delivery functions across multiple ready-mix concrete plants. You'll ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and consistent execution.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include leading multi-plant operations, mastering dispatch and logistics, driving plant maintenance excellence, and championing customer success. You'll also leverage technology to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and drive informed decision-making.
