Requirements

  • Develop and execute a district business plan and territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a strong dealer network aligned with the company's distribution strategy.
  • Champion the brand's positioning, value proposition, and customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM and internal systems to manage sales, inventory, and customer data accurately.
  • Monitor product performance and address customer inquiries.
