We're looking for a District Sales Manager (DSM) in Southern California to lead our region and help bring the Pabst portfolio to life in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of CPG sales experience (beverage/alcohol preferred)
  • Experience with pricing, forecasting, and market trends
  • Background in distributor management and planning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A collaborative mindset — someone who works well with others and takes initiative
  • A genuine interest in the beer industry and the culture around it
