Job Description
Glazer's Beer & Beverage is looking for a District Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be bold, innovative, and enjoy having fun, with a minimum of five years of related experience and a bachelor's degree.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with State laws
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
  • Strong supervisory and coaching skills
  • Thorough understanding of sales and market developments
  • Thorough understanding of sales and marketing strategies and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
  • 3 years field experience in sales alcoholic beverages or grocery industry strongly preferred
