Role OverviewThe District Supervisor will manage contract requirements for the Eastern District of Texas, serving as the primary point of contact for the Government. They will be responsible for regular site visits, maintaining contact with the COR, and ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
What You Will Do
The District Supervisor will receive and execute daily technical direction from the COR, maintain and monitor post performance, and correct any issues or problems brought to their attention. They will also have the authority to supervise CSOs and LCSOs working under this contract.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of law enforcement experience and 5 years of supervisor or management experience, with the ability to evaluate employee performance. They will also be able to pass a background investigation and reside within 50 miles of the District's office.
Requirements
- Be a citizen of the United States of America
- Fluently read, speak, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Possess 3 years law enforcement experience
- Have 5 years of supervisor or management experience involving direct oversight of employees and evaluating employee performance
- Pass a background investigation at a level deemed necessary
- Reside within 50 miles of District's office
