Job Description
Wheeler's Diversion First program aims to divert youth from the juvenile justice system through a restorative justice approach. Diversion Specialists will work with the Youth Diversion Team to screen and refer youth for needs, provide case management support, and help them repair harm and engage in pro-social behaviors.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, counseling or related field
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with community referral sources and ancillary service providers
