Division 10/12 Foreman

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing bathroom partitions and accessories, working independently on job sites, and overseeing less experienced installers/laborers. The role requires 3 years of experience and skills to perform, with a positive attitude and commitment to acquiring trade knowledge and quality excellence.

What You Will Do

The Division 10/12 Foreman will be responsible for installing bathroom partitions and accessories, measuring and marking surfaces to hang work according to blueprints and drawings, inspecting wall surfaces for imperfections, and coordinating with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience and skills to perform

• Ability to work independently on job sites
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers

• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable transportation
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
