Role OverviewThe Sales Estimator for Division 10 and Specialties is primarily responsible for working with engineers' and architects' drawings or blueprints to prepare a complete list of all job costs, including labor, material, equipment, and specialty items necessary to complete the project. This role requires a thorough understanding of Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Blinds) construction materials, vendors, pricing structures, and market trends.
What You Will Do
Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals. Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.

Requirements
- At least 2-3 year's experience in the trade.
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
