Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating for Division 10 or related commercial construction sectors
  • Proficient with estimating software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
  • 2 years as an Assistant Estimator or 5–7 years of relevant experience
  • Must have worked with commercial drywall subcontractors or self-performing GCs
  • Well-versed in Cold-Formed Metal Framing (CFMF) for walls, roofs, and floors
  • Experienced with Light Metal Framing (LMF) for non-structural systems
  • Familiar with Division 09, Section 09250 – Gypsum Board Assemblies
