Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Division 8 Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for door, frame, and hardware (DFH) scope on hospitality and hotel construction projects.
What You Will Do
Prepare complete Division 8 estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, solicit and evaluate pricing, prepare and submit proposals, track bid opportunities, and analyze hardware sets against brand PIP standards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Estimating experience in Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware) commercial construction
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP software
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and hardware sets
- Working knowledge of fire-rated openings, ADA compliance, and life safety code requirements
- Understanding of hospitality brand PIP requirements and hotel construction sequencing
