Role OverviewThe Division Counsel will oversee and coordinate all division legal matters, with an emphasis on land acquisition. This role will provide legal advice related to land acquisition, land use, entitlement, zoning, and development.
What You Will Do
Provide legal advice, review and draft contracts, title and land development documents, and handle closings. Assist with title and land development documents, and review and revise homebuyer contract documents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a licensed attorney, with a Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.). Prior experience in corporate or environmental law is preferred.
