Role OverviewNortheast Arc's Clinical Services division is seeking an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Division Director, Home Health Services. In this role, you will provide strategic, business, and operational leadership for Northeast Arc's home health services, including continuous skilled nursing and homecare.

As Division Director, you will own the division's financial performance, workforce development, business growth, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that services are high quality, financially sustainable, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, business administration, or a related field preferred
- At least 5 to 8 years of progressive management experience in home care, visiting nursing services, or a similar healthcare service, including senior-level business or operations leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing a budget or P&L, including revenue cycle, billing, reimbursement, and cost management
