Job Description
Bunzl Retail Services is seeking a Division Human Resources Director to lead HR operations across 9 sites in the US, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating cross-cultural environments and travel to Chicago one week per month.

Requirements

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to division leadership
  • Lead HR initiatives across all distribution center locations and office locations
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Facilitate training programs and lead succession planning efforts
  • Administer compensation and performance evaluation programs
  • Manage HR team members and coordinate Workers' Compensation efforts
