Job Description
The Division Manager to Direct Support Professionals will oversee the daily operations of Direct Support Professionals, providing direct support to clients, managing caseloads, and recruiting and hiring staff. They will also develop and implement annual plans, goals, and objectives, and provide program training and guidance to supervised employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years working in social services or education with bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years working in social services or education with associate’s degree preferred
  • 4 years working in social services or education without postsecondary education
  • 3 years driving experience
  • Valid driver license, annual vehicle inspection, vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration
