Job Description
The Division of Tenant & Owner Resources-Owner Services Specialist will manage a caseload of assisted or applicant households, perform initial voucher application screening, determination and verification of eligibility, and provide customer service to stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service focus, and computer proficiency. The position is responsible for rent calculations, complete rent reasonableness determinations, and attend mandatory trainings.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
