Role OverviewThis is a high-impact position partnering directly with the Head of Operations for the Quality, Reliability, and System Safety (QRS) organization, the VP of QRS, and QRS leadership. This is a broad role by design.
What You Will Do
Workforce Planning: Own the staffing infrastructure for QRS — managing headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance. Build tooling and processes that enable efficient resource allocation as the organization scales.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role
- Experience operating in a high-growth technology company, or starting a venture
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
