Role OverviewThe Division Vice President of Land Acquisition will work with the Division President to establish land acquisition goals and manage the process of finding, contracting, and closing on land to meet division objectives. This role will direct the process of land analysis, negotiations, and purchase agreements.
What You Will Do
Perform market analyses, negotiate property acquisitions, oversee due diligence, and obtain necessary zoning and permits. The role also involves supervising employees, managing budgets, and communicating with department heads.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Seven to ten years land acquisition experience
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Proven ability to lead and execute strong oral presentations
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
