Role OverviewThe Division Vice President of Sales will be responsible for achieving revenues established in the division's business plan, devising and implementing strategic plans for division growth, new markets, and growing market share. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, training, motivating, and managing sales representatives.
What You Will Do
Meet or beat set sales goals, hire, train, manage, and motivate sales staff, evaluate sales representatives for training needs, modify and implement sales strategies, analyze competitive analyses, and review market analyses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have six to eight years of sales experience, knowledge of contracting, negotiating, structuring sales quota goals, and meeting revenue expectations.
