Job Description
The Divisional Director of Gift Planning leads the Gift Planning Program within their assigned Divisional coverage area to achieve goals for identifying and establishing gift commitments. The role involves management, marketing, metrics, and training activities to cultivate and finalize gift plan commitments.

Requirements

  • Identify, cultivate, and finalize gift plan commitments
  • Maintain relationships with Corps Officers and staff
  • Manage and build relationships with professionals such as CPAs, CFPs, and Attorneys
  • Collaborate with Corps Officers, Donor Relations Directors, and Development staff
  • Meet metrics for work product, face-to-face visits, gift proposals, and stewardship
  • Promote and participate in donor or advisor seminars
