Job Description
We are seeking a Dock Agent to coordinate with drivers, warehouse, ramp, and dock personnel to ensure smooth operations at the dock. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, handle special cargo, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Effective communication in English
  • Knowledge of the Aviation Industry
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prolonged standing/walking in a warehouse setting
  • Basic math skills
  • Advanced recall ability
  • Ability to work in heat and cold conditions
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
