Located on the shores of Lake Washington, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is a recent AAA Four Diamond and Best of Housekeeping award winner that combines natural beauty with modern amenities. The hotel is seeking an entry-level Food Truck Cook for its seasonal outdoor venue, Dock & Drink.

Requirements

  • Good communication and basic culinary skills
  • Some cooking experience in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Professional knowledge or understanding of cooking ingredients and procedures
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of performing repetitious duties
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Possess food handler’s card
