Requirements

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of previous line experience in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Candidate should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Able to work all stations in the food truck
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
  • Possess food handler’s card
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen appliance operation
  • Cooler/Inventory Management
