Job Description

Requirements
Refined verbal communication skills
1-2 years of previous line experience in a high volume/fast paced environment
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
Candidate should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
Able to work all stations in the food truck
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
Possess food handler’s card
Strong organization and time management skills
Knowledge of kitchen appliance operation
Cooler/Inventory Management
