Dock & Drink Food Truck Cook - Intermediate Line - Seasonal Full Time at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport. Cooks will work multiple stations in the food truck and require light supervision and training. This role requires a professional approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of previous line experience in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
  • Possess food handler’s card
  • Strong organization and time management skills
