As a Dock & Drink Food Truck Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of previous line experience in a high volume/fast paced environment preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
  • Strong organization and time management skills
