Role OverviewThe Dock Supervisor will lead and direct dock employees, manage an efficient and safe LTL operation, and enforce company policies and procedures. The role involves daily utilization of company enhancement tools, reviewing and revising schedules, and overseeing paperwork associated with the dock.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include setting targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and counseling, administering the Service Center Business plan, meeting KPIs, and communicating with customers. The role also involves equipment assignment, movement, and proper paperwork handling.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
- Prior management, dispatch, and dock experience required
- Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills (AS/400 & MS Office a plus)
- Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
