Role OverviewA Dock Tech works under the direction of the Shipping Coordinator, facilitating the loading of outbound shipments and processing eComm orders. The role involves accurate and efficient labeling and loading practices, monitoring multiple loads/trailers, and communicating with carriers.
What You Will Do
The Dock Tech will be responsible for accurate and efficient labeling and loading practices, monitoring multiple loads/trailers, and communicating with carriers. They will also be expected to perform tasks such as cycle counting, leading and training others, and working in other areas of the factory when workload dictates.
