Role OverviewAs a Dockworker/Forklift Operator at XGS, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight by hand or using a pallet jack/forklift, sorting product, and ensuring trailers are properly and accurately loaded. This position includes using a barcode scanner and maintaining the service center dock as neat and orderly. The job is Monday-Friday, 4PM start time, with a pay rate of $18.25 hourly.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include offloading delivery trucks, loading/unloading freight by hand or with tools, using scanners to read barcodes, verifying shipping information, receiving and putting away inventory, and finalizing work orders. You will also inspect merchandise for damage, sort and segregate freight, verify freight counts, and perform dock clean-up as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret written work orders, and experience operating a lift truck, pallet jack, or side cart. You should also be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds, and be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

- Previous experience as a fulfillment associate
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage
