Role OverviewAs a Dockworker (Hostler) at XPO, you will be responsible for moving trailers throughout the property, using motorized and manual equipment, and efficiently loading freight. You will work in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company safety policies.
What You Will Do
On a typical day, you will move trailers, use equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, load freight, and operate a hostler in various weather conditions. You will also use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments.

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
- Pass a company-paid, post-offer, pre-hire (physical essential functions) test
- Available to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes
