Role OverviewAs a Dockworker (Hostler) at XPO, you will be responsible for moving trailers throughout the property, using motorized and manual equipment, and efficiently loading freight. You will work in a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, and will be required to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights. You will also be responsible for operating a hostler in all types of weather and working in a safe, efficient manner while adhering to company safety policies.
What You Will Do
On a typical day, you will move trailers, use motorized and manual equipment, load freight, and operate a hostler. You will also be responsible for safely walking and standing for extended periods, using mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments, and working in a variety of shifts.

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
- To pass a company-paid, post-offer, pre-hire (physical essential functions) test
