Role OverviewThe Doctor Technician will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will work in a dynamic environment where they will be proactive in sharing great ideas to improve the business. The role requires effective communication with the supervising PEG physician for all direction and guidance with regards to patient care within the store.
What You Will Do
The Doctor Technician will perform various duties such as greeting patients and customers, identifying patients' needs, providing promotions on products and services, answering customers' inquiries, and gathering necessary information to facilitate sales. They will also assist in maintaining patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
