Doctor's Technician

As a Doctor's Technician at Stanton Optical, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between the retail and clinical services teams. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for scheduling appointments, entering patient information, and completing pre-tests. You will also assist with patient complaint resolution and ensure that all patient expectations are met.

What You Will Do

Greet patients and customers, identify their needs, and provide promotional products and services. Schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history and personal information, and complete pre-tests. Assist with patient complaint resolution and ensure all patient expectations are met. Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Active listening, building rapport, and empathizing with patients
• Problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
