Doctor's Technician

As a Doctor's Technician, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing outstanding customer service and facilitating sales. You will work closely with the retail team and professional services to ensure a seamless experience for patients. This role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, entering patient information, and performing pre-tests. You will also assist with patient complaint resolution, ensure brand standards, and execute simple customer repairs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers

• Problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
• Collaborative spirit and respectful relationships with team and patients
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs
