Role Overview

As a Doctor's Technician at Stanton Optical, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing outstanding customer service and facilitating sales. You will work closely with the retail and clinical services teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients. This role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, entering patient information, and performing basic lab duties.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting patients and customers, identifying their needs, and providing promotional products and services. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history and personal information, and complete pre-tests. Additionally, you will assist with patient complaint resolution, ensure brand standards, and execute simple customer repairs.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
