Doctor's Technician

As a Doctor's Technician at Stanton Optical, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between the retail and clinical services teams. You will greet patients, identify their needs, and ensure an easy and memorable experience. You will also assist with scheduling appointments, entering patient history, and performing basic housekeeping duties.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering inquiries, gathering necessary information, and facilitating sales. You will also schedule appointments, enter new patient history, complete pre-tests, and assist with customer repairs. You will ensure brand standards are met, notify management of equipment malfunctions, and keep track of delivery time commitments.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
