Doctor's Technician

As a Doctor's Technician, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between our retail and clinical services teams. What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, identifying their needs, providing promotional products and services, answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring brand standards are met in the lab area. You will also be responsible for executing simple customer repairs, assembling lenses, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
