Role OverviewThe Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will work with the supervising PEG physician for all direction and guidance with regards to patient care within their store.
What You Will Do
The Doctor's Technician will perform various duties such as greeting patients and customers, identifying patients' needs, scheduling and confirming appointments, and executing simple customer repairs. They will also maintain patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
