Role Overview

The Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services. They will greet patients, identify their needs, and provide promotional products and services. The Technician will also schedule appointments, enter patient information, and complete pre-tests.

What You Will Do

The Doctor's Technician will perform various duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient information, and completing pre-tests. They will also assist the Management Team with patient complaint resolution and ensure brand standards are met in the lab area.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
  • Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to implement active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
