Role OverviewThe Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will work with the retail team and professional services to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics, and initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Doctor's Technician will perform various duties such as greeting patients, identifying patient needs, providing promotions, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements
