Doctor's Technician

The Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services. They will greet patients, identify their needs, and provide promotional products and services. The Technician will also schedule appointments, enter new patient history, and complete pre-tests.

What You Will Do

The Doctor's Technician will perform various duties such as answering customer inquiries, gathering necessary information, and facilitating sales. They will also assist the Management Team with patient complaint resolution, ensure brand standards, and notify management of equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Ability to implement active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor
