Role OverviewThe Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will be part of delivering an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with other team members to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics, and initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Doctor's Technician will greet patients and customers, identify patients' needs, provide promotions on products and services, answer customers' inquiries, and gather necessary information to facilitate sales. They will also assist with patient complaint resolution, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements
