Role Overview

As a Doctor's Technician, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients, foster a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience, and work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics, and initiatives.

Deliver an outstanding patient experience, greet patients, identify their needs, provide information about available products and services, answer customers' inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain patient records confidential and secure.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor
  • Problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Enjoy working with technology and curious about current innovations
  • Optical experience is a plus
