Role OverviewThe Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to patients, foster a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience, and orchestrate an efficient flow and transition from the Clinical services team to the retail team. The role requires effective communication with the supervising PEG physician for all direction and guidance with regards to patient care within the store. The Doctor's Technician will achieve desired daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly PEG goals.
What You Will Do
Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with other team members to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics, and initiatives. Greet patients, identify their needs, and provide information about available products and services. Answer customers' inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with patient complaint resolution.
