Role OverviewAs a Doctor's Technician, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a team to accomplish store goals, clinical metrics, and initiatives. You will greet patients, identify their needs, and provide information about available products and services.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with other team members, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering customers' inquiries, and gathering necessary information to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs
- Schedule flexibility (work hours will be determined based on business needs)
- Optical experience is a plus
