Role OverviewThe Doctor's Technician will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will work in a fast, friendly, and affordable way, delivering quality eye care to patients. The role requires effective communication with the supervising PEG physician for patient care and achieving desired daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly PEG goals.
What You Will Do
The Doctor's Technician will greet patients, identify their needs, and provide information about available products and services. They will answer customers' inquiries, gather necessary information, and ensure a positive experience. They will also schedule and confirm appointments, assist with patient complaint resolution, and maintain patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
