Doctor's Technician (PEG NC)

As a Doctor's Technician, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while fostering a strong partnership to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work in a dynamic and flexible environment where you can be proactive in sharing great ideas to improve the business. You will be part of a team that delivers quality eye care to patients in a fast, friendly, and affordable way.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, identifying their needs, providing information about available products and services, answering customer inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and resolving patient complaints. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Schedule flexibility (work hours will be determined based on business needs)
