Role OverviewThe Document Control Administrator I will receive, verify, and prepare incoming documents for scanning, and be responsible for the imaging and QA analysis of each file/document. The candidate will also track activity, create / modify reports, and distribute updates as required. The role requires 3+ years of related experience and US citizenship.
What You Will Do
The candidate will receive and process requests for microfilm documents, including digitization. They will also maintain files and other related records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related Administrative / Record Management experience
- 1-3 years of Service Now experience
- 1-3 years of Next-Star Scanning or experience with digitization of microfilm
- US Citizenship
