Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Document Control Manager for their construction projects. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining document control processes, managing project documentation, and ensuring workflow accuracy. The role requires collaboration with the EDMS, stakeholder communication, and the management of records, in accordance with SOX regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools
  • Experience utilizing Power BI, Data studio, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Strong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience
  • Understanding of construction documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
