Job Description
Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Document Control Program Analyst to join their Transportation Sector. The successful candidate will support analytical, documentation, coordination, compliance, and reporting functions within the Document Control Unit.

Requirements

  • Serve as a central internal coordination support role
  • Maintain alignment between the Document Control Manager, Senior Document Controllers, the Business Analyst, and other internal partners
  • Assist in preparing internal meeting materials
  • Maintain and organize the unit's internal SharePoint site
  • Assist in updating and maintaining documentation resources
  • Support the refinement of documentation standards
  • Provide user support for accessing internal resources
  • Maintain dashboards, workload trackers, and reporting documentation
  • Assist in tracking project metrics
  • Compile and prepare data to support progress updates
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy and consistency of reported metrics
  • Develop and update Visio process maps
  • Support the creation and maintenance of desk manuals
  • Assist with developing job aids, training materials, and internal presentations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain the internal risk register and reporting library
  • Assist in reviewing documents and workflows for compliance
  • Provide support for audit readiness efforts
  • Assist in documenting compliance observations and identifying opportunities for procedural improvements
  • Analyze incoming requests and submittals
  • Assist in preparing summaries, briefings, or operational insights
  • Support project planning and coordination activities
  • Assist with special assignments, continuous improvement efforts, and internal initiatives
